Each Device Uses A Specific Screen Size Per Device & Unique Terminal ID (set in JDA maintenance module).  This is provided by the HCL Run team for JDA.

RECONNECTING (WON'T CONNECT)

  1. Host Address is incorrect 

  2. Host Address is incomplete (add in .company.xyz.com)

  3. DNS name won't resolve (try IP address)

  4. Incorrect Port Number (try to connect from telnet on PC, Putty, etc.)

Wrong Screen Size in WMS Configuration Setup
